Yes. Our HQ is in Anderlecht (Brussels), our technicians cover Brussels-Capital, Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant, the Belgian coast, Wallonia and Flanders. All travel in new vans equipped with standard intervention hardware. If your site is in an unlisted area, contact us, we will figure something out.
The response time depends on the signed pack (Essential, Business or Managed) and the criticality of the ticket (P1 to P4). The SLA commitments are contractualized and differentiated by pack. The full detail is provided in the quote and the contract — no generic "within X hours" claim on the website, because the real answer depends on your situation.
The Managed pack includes extended on-call coverage for critical incidents (loss of business service, suspected intrusion, etc.). The covered windows are detailed in the contract. The Essential and Business packs are covered during business hours (Monday to Friday 8 AM-6 PM).
No. On-site travel is included in the monthly subscription of the signed pack, without additional mileage billing, across the full service area listed above. This is one of the advantages of having a real field team in new vans rather than a provider that subcontracts each outing.
Yes. The Business and Managed packs cover multi-site organizations. Each site is integrated in the perimeter, with the same SLA commitments. Specify the number of sites and their locations when requesting a quote: we will size the offer and the travel precisely.
Most likely yes. The list above covers our daily intervention areas, but our vans don't stop at an administrative border. Contact us with your precise address, we will come back to you with a clear answer — including if the area implies specific sizing.
Because at some point, a cable is wrongly plugged, a switch is dead, the Wi-Fi acts up for a physical reason. At that moment, we prefer to send a technician rather than spend 45 minutes on TeamViewer only to conclude "someone should drop by". Remote has its place — for the rest, we hop in the van.
