Why KA IT exists, and what we actually do (or don't).
KA IT was born out of frustration. Before launching KA IT, Abdelhak Kharraz worked on the ground as a field technician then team lead at various Belgian IT providers. Everywhere, the same pattern: SMBs juggling four or five different vendors, endless quotes, broken delivery promises, and support reduced to a call center bouncing you from one ticket to another.
In 2023, he launched KA IT SRL in Anderlecht with a simple idea: one number, a real human team, public pricing and a contractual SLA. No salesperson between you and the technician. No layers of abstraction. When you call, you immediately speak to someone who knows your infrastructure.
Today, the team is made of experienced technicians on the full range of professional IT hardware. We cover the entire IT perimeter of an SMB or a nonprofit: user support, workstations, servers, networking, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, backups, printers and hardware. Remotely from Anderlecht or directly on-site at your location, anywhere in Belgium — Brussels, Brabant, Belgian coast, Wallonia, Flanders.

What we don't do
We don't sell mobile or fixed telephony, we don't repair broken smartphones, and we don't touch consumer hardware. Our playground is professional IT — and only that.
